How to get Started

Once the decision to start Medication pack is made. We aim to start your medicine pack as soon as possible. To get it ready, we’ll need your current prescriptions and a list of your medications. Our pharmacist will go through your medicines with you to confirm what you take and when, and provide a medication review if needed. This helps ensure your pack is safe, accurate, and easy to follow.

Fees

We charge a fee of $4.00 per week or $16.00 per month. This helps us cover the cost providing this service, which includes materials and labour.

Indigenous Australians and people experiencing financial hardship may have service fee waviered. Please speak with our pharmacist if you have any questions.
